My coaching is about vulnerability, connection, and creating space for real transformation. I’m not here as an expert with all the answers, but as a Support Sis—someone who walks alongside you, holding space for your growth. Together, we’ll create a partnership where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to uncover the incredible potential that’s already within you.

As someone who has been othered as a fat person, I know what it feels like to question your worth. Maybe you’ve felt it too—like you didn’t belong, like no one taught you how to value yourself. Are you trying to learn that now while unlearning all the harmful beliefs that were handed to you?

As your Support Sis I’m here for the hard conversations, all of the emotions and the moments where being vulnerable feels uncomfortable. You don’t have to have it all figured out. My role is to help you see what’s already there—to guide you as you step into a life that feels honest, aligned, and unapologetically yours.
